1. Respect others like how you want to be respected.

Treat your fellow server members with respect. This includes refraining from harassing someone, performing or engaging in hate speech, or discriminating based on factors such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or the content they consume. You should also refrain from bullying someone you don't like or grab their IP address out of spite, or because they are in a fandom you personally don't like. If you're allowed to like what you're like, then they should too. While you are allowed to swear, certain slurs that I will not say will get you warned. One slur in specific is enough to get you instantly banned. You know which one.
Also, you are prohibited from performing or engaging in political or religious debate, or force your religious or political standpoint on anyone. While you're not forced to agree with said religions, you should respect their decisions, even if said decisions end up being bad for YOUR religion. Keep debates to DMs, and DMs only, as this is an inclusive server, after all.
Talking about a "certain Austrian painter" is now an insta-ban and is also permanent. You will also be reported to Discord staff. No questions asked.
(Going forward, nicknames and profile pictures are affected by this rule. If your profile or nickname is harassing someone, you will be asked to take it off. If you do not do so, you will be given a warn or a ban depending how severe the offense is.)
While you are not forced to agree with their opinions, you still must respect their mindset.
If you act nice to us, we'll act nice towards you too!

(1.1: Respect those who've been banned from the server.

This rule was suggested by another server's owner.
If a server member has been banned and you've been caught trying to sneak them back into the server via an alt account, not only will they be banned as well, you will ALSO be banned. If you are caught discussing about a banned user, you will be warned not to do so. Continue doing so and strict punishment will apply.)

2. No pornographic, or NSFW content in the general chat.

There is an entire channel connected to posting NSFW art and NSFW content that has been hidden for those who are sensitive to such content. To ensure that this is an inclusive place for all, pornography and NSFW (as well as gruesome material, such as ||realistic gore|| is disallowed from the main general chats. Depending on how bad said content is, you will get a punishment for performing said action.
This part of the rule should sound like an "no duh" sentence, but do not commit criminal activities, such as pedophilia in the server. If we catch you doing said action, you will be reported to the Discord staff, as well as permanently banned from all connected servers, including this one.
(Going forward, nicknames and profile pictures are also affected by this rule. If your profile or nickname is sexually explicit or outright NSFW (which SHOULDN'T HAPPEN Y'ALL), you will be asked to take it off. If you do not do so, you will be given a ban varied in length, depending how severe the offense is.)

(2.1: (UPDATED!) Using innuendos pertaining to sexual content in order to break boundaries are now prohibited.

If you make sexual innuendos in general chat in order to intentionally break someone's personal boundaries, regardless of what you say, you will get a warn or a ban depending on repeat offenses. If you are a repeat offender, you will get a week timeout and two more warns. Keep doing it after, and instead of warns or timeouts, you will just get banned. Jokes pertaining to sexual activities is fine but keep it PG-13 in here, alright? Suggestive chats, on the other hand, is a free-for-all. Go wild!

(2.2: No shipping moderators or members unless stated otherwise.

Unless we say otherwise, or we allow it on a specific day, you are not allowed to ship moderators or members. Doing so will result in a one day timeout, as well as a warn attached to your profile. If the offense continues, the timeout will increase in time until it is decided that you cannot handle yourself in the server and you will be banned instead.)

3. Please do not spam.

Spamming chats is a disruptive, destructive, annoyance that makes it hard to clean up chats and keep things peaceful. As a result, spamming or flooding any channels with spam-mentions will result in a warn and timeout.

(3.1: No backseat moderating.

This is something I've noticed in many servers, something that I'm not letting happen in this server so easily. Please do not attempt to handle situations that only mods can handle. Do not spam ping the moderators either, we have an entire channel for handling problems like this.)

(3.2: Hacking isn't allowed.

If you are hacked, you will be temporarily kicked from the server until the situation is dealt with. If you are caught hacking, you will be banned. No questions asked.)

4. Follow the TOS and Guidelines.

This is mostly to cover my basis, but it is in your best interest to follow the Discord Terms of Service, and the Community Guidelines. We don't want an incident involving these being broken, or we might get this server deleted on a whim.
If you are under 13, you will be temp-banned until you are of age.

5. Usage of AI has been moderated.

I've decided i'm loosening up this rule to make it less strict than before. I've also decided to clarify a few parts of this rule that people were stuck on. With that being said, starting this moment onwards, while Ch.ai and Janitor have been deemed a proper exception, we've deemed GENERATIVE AI too dangerous, and as such has been restricted heavily. Assistive AI is fine, but as soon as you let it start generating your content, you will be in huge trouble.
Starting from now on, using any art generation software such as DomoAI or Midjourney, or posting about it in art channels will result in a strict punishment, whether that be getting 3 warns instantly, or just outright getting permanently banned. This rule is special as strict punishment will carry over into connected servers (i.e. Carefree, the Carefree SMP, etc.) (this rule will be changed if for some reason Carefree merges with Clovercollapse).
There are many other cases where strict punishment applies, such as:

• inviting Shapes bots into the server, something that can actually ban or suspend you from Discord if you're not careful. I, myself, have had bad experiences with nearly getting my account suspended (thanks to another incident involving me and a server member).
• generating music using AI. No AI should be touching your music, or your creativity. Even if you are bad at making music, try using MIDIs, mixing up soundfonts, remix an already existing track. You'll get the hang of it sooner or later.
• I have to clarify this one because this one got too confusing for everyone involved. Generating stories using ChatGPT, or using GPT to completely generate a character counts as an applicable reason for strict punishment. Only use ChatGPT, Janitor, etc. to assist in writing your stories, not completely generate 'em. As long as the character that AI has assisted in writing is made entirely in your hands, or you've made it for Janitor usage, you are allowed to migrate them to the RP.
• using Google Veo 3. In general. In this case, you will be straight up just be banned from the server. You will be banned so hard off this server that they're gonna need more than just hot glue to put you back together with how EXTREME I will ban you.

If you've been perma-banned from this rule, your ban will now apply not just to all connected servers, but all connected servers with this specific rule in it. Don't let yourself be an example, and learn a lesson. Remember to use common sense, and most of all, have fun!
